The hotel has established a Contingency Plan for ensure the minimization of contagion risks making your stay safer.
The entire facilities of the Hotel were subjected to a detailed cleaning and disinfection plan for eliminate any risk. The Hotel installed gel dispensers in its public areas disinfectant. Use them often for your protection.
Signs and information on good practices were placed for your safety and convenience in the various circuits / spaces of the hotel.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE FUNCTIONING OF HOTEL SERVICES:
The use of a mask is mandatory at the entrance of the hotel.
Your temperature will be measured on arrival.
During the stay, the use of a mask is mandatory in all areas of the hotel. The Hotel has a Security Kit consisting of a mask, gel and gloves for sale to your customers.
Digital Check-in:
The Hotel has technology that allows you to check in in advance, thus avoiding registration formalities at the reception. How does it work? You receive an email prior to arrival to fill in your personal registration details including credit card payment method.
At check in, you only confirm and sign the official registration form.

The Hotel has technology to open the bedroom door with your smartphone.
Room Cleaning:
The rooms are sanitized by an ozone disinfection system, which guarantees the elimination of all types of microorganisms.
During the stay:
The cleaning service will be carried out only for stays longer than three nights at the time of your convenience and that favors physical distance. Your room will have a reinforcement of consumables for your comfort according to the number of days of the stay. In case of In extreme need you should contact the reception services.
Breakfast:
Breakfast (if included) must be booked at check-in and will be served individually in the hotel's restaurant. The length of stay in the restaurant will be 1 hour as capacity will be reduced to prevent proper physical distance recommended.
Restaurant:
For your meals we have a restaurant service “À La Carte” as well as a offer of PIZZAS in a wood oven that you can consume in the restaurant or in your room. However, these services require prior reservation at the Hotel reception or through our WHATSAPP.
Menus Restaurante Bar:
The Hotel uses digital QR CODE technology to display its restaurant menus and Pub. Scan it using the QR Code available in your hotel room and outlets.
Room Service:
During the stay there will be no room service. In case of extreme need, contact reception services through number 9.
Laundry:
Dirty clothing must be deposited in a closed bag. If necessary, contact Reception 9
Swimming pool:
The Indoor Pool is limited to 4 customers simultaneously. You must request a reservation at the reception at the time you want to use the pool to coordinate this limitation.
Sauna and Turkish Bath:
These services are unavailable for security reasons.
