Terms of Use Indoor Pool
Conditions of use and access to the indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath:
1. Opening Hours
The pool can only be used during the hours defined by management, that is: between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Access may be temporarily prohibited for maintenance or cleaning for reasons beyond the Hotel's control that relate to the hygiene of the space, which compromise the hygiene and sanitation conditions of the equipment, therefore the hotel cannot be held responsible for preventing its use when the objective is to safeguard the hygiene conditions of all users.
2. Access and General Conduct
- Use is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
-The hotel has pool towels for rent at €1.00 each, bathrobes for rent at €3.00 each, and swimming caps for sale at €4.00 each.
Use of the pool/sauna/Turkish bath is subject to booking and depends on hotel occupancy.
- Pool/sauna/Turkish bath reservations are only made at check-in. Usage is limited to 1 hour.
- Guests are entitled to use either the sauna or the Turkish bath, and must choose only one of these services for a period of up to 15 minutes.
- It is mandatory to comply with all instructions from the responsible team and information provided on site.
Behaviors that jeopardize user safety are not permitted.
3. Hygiene and Personal Care
- It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool.
- The use of a swimming cap, towel, and flip-flops is mandatory.
It is forbidden to enter with creams, oils or makeup that could contaminate the water.
- Indoor pool: temperature between 28° and 30°.
- Find a thermometer in the pool water that allows you to check the water temperature.
4. Children
The use of the swimming pool by children who are not accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult is expressly prohibited.
Excessive shouting should be avoided so as not to compromise the relaxation and tranquility of all users.
Running around the pool is not allowed to prevent falls and accidents.
The use of inflatable buoys and mattresses should be avoided, as they can tip over or burst and compromise hygiene conditions.
5. Prohibited Behaviors
- Pushing, dangerous jumps or spectacular dives are not allowed.
- Do not leave objects or valuables in the pool or changing room areas, as the hotel is not responsible for them.
- The use of room towels is not permitted at the pool.
6. Safety and Maintenance
The pool undergoes regular maintenance and water testing, in accordance with good hygiene and safety practices.
Users should leave the pool if they feel unwell.
It is forbidden to use the pool under the influence of alcohol or substances that compromise safety.
7. Equipment and Accessories
- Sauna: capacity for 4 people, temperature between 70° and 90°, usage time of 15 minutes.
- Turkish bath: capacity for 4 people, temperature between 40° and 50°, usage time 15 minutes.
The sauna and Turkish bath are not permanently switched on, for obvious reasons, so please inform reception of the time you wish to use them so that the equipment can be switched on.
The hotel is not responsible for the use of this equipment without medical advice.
It is advisable to wear (non-slip) flip-flops in the area surrounding the pool.
- It is not permitted to enter with glass objects or sharp materials, such as glasses or bottles, as well as food.
There is a surveillance camera in the pool area, but this does not eliminate the need for everyone to be careful of their loved ones, especially children.
- There are changing rooms with showers and toilets available for ladies and gentlemen next to the pool.
8. Emergency Situations
- In case of an accident, the reception should be contacted immediately.
Emergency equipment should only be used in real situations.
